Dear T.I.M.E. Members,
The purpose of this message is to encourage you to propose new members whom you know well, and who fit our requirements (quality and values). Any current member of T.I.M.E. is free to propose a new member, as follows:
- The Head of the Member Institution should write a letter to the President of the T.I.M.E. Association (contact details below) explaining why their institution feels that the proposed member would be compatible with T.I.M.E. values and activities and would reinforce the T.I.M.E. Network.
- Deadline: January 31th 2024.
- A presentation outlining the criteria specified in the admission procedure governance – Ref. Article 3.2
We have identified the following priorities for 2024 admissions: institutions from continents, regions and countries where we are not represented or under-represented, specifically The Americas, Africa, Asia and Oceania. This does not exclude proposals for new members from European countries, specifically in countries less or under-represented.
The T.I.M.E. Advisory Committee, meeting in February 2024, will review proposals received and decide which to take further. Proposers will be informed of the outcomes and in case of a positive evaluation, will be invited to send a representative to the July 2024 Advisory Committee meeting to present the proposal to the Committee. The Committee then decides which potential new members to propose to the 2024 General Assembly for admission.
Above you will find a document explaining the procedure and calendar for 2023-2024 admissions.
Please consider proposing (a) new member(s). New membership helps our Association to maintain its vitality and its creativity. We look forward to hearing from you.
Yours Sincerely,
