Dear T.I.M.E. Members,
The T.I.M.E. GA 2026 Organizing Committee invites proposals for Worshops for the T.I.M.E. GA 2026, to be held in Japan: 30 September – 3 October 2026, Doshisha University followed by the Double degree day 5 October 2026, Keio University and Yokohama National University.

Proposals are invited in connection with the main conference theme: “Embracing diversity.” In particular, contributions may address (but are not limited to) the following topics:
- Evolving internationalization policies and new formats
- Employability of international students
- The role of international mobility in engineering education
- University alliances and strategic partnerships
- European and international funding for cooperation
- Impact of joint and double degree programmes
- Mental health policies for international students
- Curriculum development and emerging engineering education models
- Developing students as researchers
In each session, three workshops will be held in parallel, and participants can choose one to attend on Friday, 2 October (09:30 – 11:00 and 11:15 – 12:30).

### Key dates
- Deadline for submission: 20 February 2026 (20:00 CET)
- Retained proposals will be contacted and notified: 24 February 2026
- Panelists/workshop facilitators to confirm participation 26 February 2026 (20:00 CET)
- Retained workshops and sessions are made public: 5 March 2026
### Format and submission guidelines
- Workshops should be **60 minutes** long
- Proposals must be submitted **in English**; sessions will be delivered in English
- Presenters are encouraged to collaborate with colleagues and external partners (at their own expense)
- Where possible, workshops should provide practical tools, frameworks or resources for participants
- Individuals may submit or co-submit more than one proposal
- One person must be identified as the **primary contact** for each proposal
