The T.I.M.E. Association, with the support of L’Oréal, is thrilled to announce the third edition of the T.I.M.E.- L’Oréal Double Degree Scholarships.
T.I.M.E. Members are tasked to nominate their candidates and submit the application to the Secretary General of the T.I.M.E. Association at secretary.general@timeassociation.org. Each T.I.M.E. member institution may nominate one outgoing student.
Deadline: May 29, 2026
Scholarship application details:
- Total budget: €30,000;
- Scholarships:
- Up to €5,000 for students travelling within Europe;
- up to €10,000 for students travelling outside Europe over the total duration of the T.I.M.E. double degree programme;
- Final results will be announced in late June,
Eligibility criteria:
- Open exclusively to students starting their 1st year of double degree (starting next academic year) between two T.I.M.E. institutions – based on financial need and motivation

Preferred fields of study:
The following fields are recommended by L’Oréal and will be taken into account during the selection process. They are published as guidance, not as hard eligibility criteria — strong candidates from adjacent disciplines will also be considered.

Application file:
The application should include:
- a motivation letter explaining the student’s decision to pursue a double degree and how this scholarship will contribute to the realisation of their academic and professional project;
- a support letter from their home institution;
- a detailed budget plan: The budget plan should outline the need for the scholarship, and any other financial support the applicant receives.

Jury proceedings
- Preliminary selection: The T.I.M.E. Selection Committee will meet online during 12 June 2026 (3-5 PM, CET) and conduct an initial review of the applications and shortlist at most 15 applications;
- Interviews: The T.I.M.E. Selection Committee and L’Oréal representatives will conduct interviews 6 July 2026 (9-12PM, CET) , dividing into three panels to assess 5 candidates each;
- Deliberation: Following interviews, the T.I.M.E. Selection Committee and L’Oréal representatives will decide and select the final scholarship recipients;
- Notification: Final results will be announced by late June.
